Research

Architecture before scale.

Our research asks a simple question: how much intelligence can be produced by better structure before adding more brute-force compute?

01

Sparse computation

Activate only the mechanisms relevant to the current state, rather than treating every inference step as globally dense computation.

02

Structured memory

Represent concepts, relationships, constraints, provenance and state in forms that remain inspectable and reusable.

03

Auditable reasoning

Separate candidate generation from evidence, evaluation and decision boundaries so confidence can be challenged.

04

Local-first inference

Design around commodity hardware constraints to expose architectural inefficiency early instead of hiding it behind infrastructure.

Method

Prediction before observation.

We treat architectural ideas as hypotheses. Expected behavior is stated before experiments; failures are traced to mechanisms; evaluation cases are isolated from candidate generation; and successful outputs are not accepted as proof of a sound method.
